Receptionist
Strong & Hanni is seeking a receptionist to manage our Front Desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks. This is a part-time position located in our Sandy, Utah office. Administrative experience is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Help with basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to assist others
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to navigate FileVine, document storage system. Prior experience is not necessary.
- Strong ability to consistently work through tasks using organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow through
Expected Schedule: Part Time, Monday through Friday, 12:00 pm-5:30 pm- Some flexibility can be arranged.
