Our small law firm specializes in helping individuals obtain Social Security disability benefits. We have an excellent reputation for providing high-quality service to our clients. The staff in our office communicate daily with attorneys, clients, Social Security, and medical providers to help prepare forms and evidence for our clients' claims.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our law firm, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. If you have strong organizational skills and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome cl;ients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and take messages
- Manage the company's calendar by scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform intake tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Requirements:
- 4-yr college degree preferred in a field that demonstrates good writing and communication skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Proficient typing skills and knowledge of basic computer applications
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
