SalaryWe are hiring a part-time Receptionist. Hours are from 10:00am-4pm. Looking for someone with a fun, outgoing personality, who loves to laugh. Self motivated. Is very organized. Detailed oriented. Has critical thinking skills. Takes direction well. Billing knowledge is not needed, but would be great to have!
Duties include, but not limited to:
Greet clients, answer phones, take payments, set up new files, close old files, organize supplies, take mail to the post office, deposits, assist office staff with workload, etc.
Applicant must have...
- Customer Service experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic word and excel knowledge.
- People skills.
