Hours: We have openings for two receptionists:

Schedule option A: Tuesday - Saturday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Schedule option B: Tuesday - Saturday 2 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Pay Rate: Starting at $14 -$15 per hour, based on experience

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and assist in creating a welcoming and stress-free environment for our clients.

Job Description:

As a Front Desk Receptionist at Ashibar Spa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa during Thursday and Friday evenings. Your responsibilities will include:

Checking in Customers: Greet and check-in clients using our booking system with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

Light Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and common spaces.

Guest Comfort: Ensure that all guests feel comfortable and assist them with any inquiries or requests.

Assisting Guests and Licensed Massage Therapists: Provide assistance and support to both guests and our team of Licensed Massage Therapists as needed.

Completing Daily Sales Summary: Accurately complete daily sales summaries and handle financial transactions with clients.

Stocking Supplies: Keep track of and replenish spa supplies as necessary.

Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with your supervisor and other team members.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Ability to handle financial transactions accurately.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn our booking system.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
