Your Role: Front Desk Receptionist
As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that sets the tone for our patients' experience. Responsibilities include:

• Warmly welcoming patients and visitors, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  
• Efficiently managing appointment schedules, ensuring smooth patient flow.
  
• Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries with a helpful and friendly demeanor.
  
• Coordinating with the optical team to provide outstanding customer service.
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational abilities to manage appointments and patient records.
  
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering a positive experience.
  
• Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer service role is a plus.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 35 40 per week
