We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet everyone with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk
-Answering phones, assisting patients, scheduling appontments, check-in and out
-Enter and verify patient demographic and insurance information into the EMR
.Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a health care office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of medical terminology
