Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest requests, such as room changes or additional amenities, promptly and efficiently
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or Front Desk role is required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and Front Desk procedures
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a must
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for reservations and guest management
