The Hampton Inn is currently looking for a self-motivated, guest-focused candidate for Night Auditor.
The successful candidate will be welcoming, efficient, professional, and determined to deliver a quality product with sensational service to every guest every time.
The Night Audit position is an overnight shift.
As Front Desk Representative the employee is the first point of contact with the guest. Not only responsible to check guests in and out but will ensure that each guest is more than comfortable with their stay and provide guests with the best possible service
Duties include:
- Accurate handling of guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, including credit card and cash handling procedures
- Proficient administration of the hotel's electronic reservation system
- Prompt, friendly response to guest requests or concerns with follow-up to ensure satisfaction
- Compliance with hotel safety programs and brand procedures, including emergency and security systems
- Supplying information on hotel services and area information and directions
Applicant must have basic computer skills, as well as an ability to handle multiple telephone calls coming in at once.
Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Hotel is located on Rainbow Blvd across from the Seneca Niagara Casino.
