We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Desk during the night shift.
```Responsibilities:```
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and room availability
- Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises during the night shift
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel phone systems and reservation software is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous in order to assist international guests
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Front Desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest relations, and guest services
