Front Desk/Night Auditor

The Adria Hotel and Conference Center in Bayside, New York is looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Night Auditor.

Front Desk Night Auditor Responsibilities -

• Welcome guest upon arrival and check-in according to established standards and procedures

• Audit, balance and prepare, verify and report on room information to provide management with a picture of how they are performing

• Make and confirm reservations

• Verify customers' credit card, and establish how the customer will pay for the accommodation

• To provide information and to assist all guests

Front Desk Night Auditor Requirements -

• Must have previous experience in customer service

• Ability to work flexible shifts including overnight hours, weekends and holidays

• Weekend availability is a must

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
