We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Night Auditor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hospitality management software is a plus
- Experience with night audit procedures is beneficial
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills are essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
