We are now hiring for a Front desk (3pm-11pm) and Night Auditor (11 pm- 7 am) you must be able to work alone and as a team to ensure guest satisfaction. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible to Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests, answer telephone, post charges (i.e. room, food, telephone), compute bill, collect payment, and make change for guests. Make and confirm reservations, monitor room availability, block rooms. Program wake-up calls, handle guest mail and messages and perform check-out services. Open and close shifts making cash drops as necessary, maintain market stock and coffee area as needed and provide information pertaining to hours and available services of the hotel. Provide guests with directions and information regarding the local area and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, front entrance and surrounding areas. Assist in checking all lobby fixtures, equipment and conditions (lights, heating/cooling, furniture, wallpaper, etc.) for proper operation, settings and maintenance. Report deficiencies. As well as, perform laundry duties as needed and maintain continental breakfast, including closing and cleaning of area as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
