Front Desk / Attendant

Mom N Tot Spot in Englewood, NJ is looking for one marketing and sales driven person to join our 6 person strong team. We are a new business located on 155 N Dean St. Our ideal candidate is self driven, attentive, punctual, hard-working, and can multi task.

This is an onsite multi-role position. Ability to acquire leads, help build the business, inteact with clients, and boost sales on your own is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and screen phone calls
• Maintaining studio cleanliness and organization of resources
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
• Engage with our online community of young moms by responding to comments, inquiries, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Actively seek opportunities to collaborate with influencers, local businesses, and community organizations that resonate with our target audience.
• Identify and implement strategies to effectively reach and connect with young moms through various online channels.
• Create and connect leads to build the business.
• Advises customers by providing information on services.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
• Maintains scheduling commitments.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent verbal skills
• Able to problem solve as issues arise
• Experience in marketing and start ups
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with early childhood development and a passion for supporting families and children is a plus.
• Strong Sales background
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00/hour.
