- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent guest relations and customer service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with guest requests, such as booking reservations or providing recommendations for local attractions
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with hotel operations and Front Desk procedures
- Knowledge of night audit processes and procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
Skills:
- Excellent guest services skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping during night audit duties
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality management software is a plus
