SalaryThe elegant and historic Flanders Hotel, in Ocean City NJ, has an opening for a part time Night Auditor. The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the front desk during the night shift. (12am – 8am)
Candidates will be working at the front desk of the hotel during the night, and will need to ensure that the quality and integrity of the establishment are maintained just as diligently as they are during the day.
Responsibilities include:
- Balancing the accounts from day shift
- Managing front desk activity and handling any guest check-ins and check-outs
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
- Handling customer requests and complaints and directing to other employees or departments accordingly
- Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role
- Answering calls and questions related to potential bookings
- Verifying that all accounts are balanced and supported by documentation.
- Processing invoices, transactions, room charges, refunds, etc.
· Summarizing each night's operations and listing any follow-up tasks for management
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
