- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide accurate information to callers and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain electronic and paper records
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with visitors and callers
- Proficiency in operating phone systems, including handling multiple lines and transferring calls
- Strong office management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
