Front Desk/Medical Records

Seeking qualified Front Desk Receptionist for a BUSY Chiropractic office.

We are looking for a friendly, energetic person who works well under pressure.

Duties will included, but are not limited to:

• BILINGUAL (English/Spanish/Portuguese) A MUST!!!
• Greeting patients
• Answering phones and calling patients
• Work closely with doctors to manage flow and quality of care
• Experience with computers
• Data entry/ scanning

Hours vary, morning and evening.

Part-Time and Full Time positions available.

Monday through Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• SPANISH AND ENGLISH (Required)
