Your main responsibilities
- Coordinating with patients to make sure they stay on their care plans
- Preparing all the proper paperwork associated with patient visits
- Checking patients in and out
- Scheduling patients
- Recall patients that have previously been in the office for follow up
- Verifying insurance coverage (you will be fully trained on this)
- Reception work (answering phones, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, etc..)
- Controlling patient flow
- Pulling files and preparing them for the next day
Must be able to multitask and have a passion to help patients get results.
This position is for an independent person who is a self starter.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
