Our team in the Commercial Aircraft Group is looking for a Global Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) Manager. You will report to the Commercial Aircraft Quality Director.
As a Global SQE Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with members of the Commercial Aircraft Supply Chain Leadership Team to drive improvement initiatives
- Ensure global alignment of Supplier Quality processes, procedures, and application of best practices
- Continually develop the skills and capability of the Commercial Aircraft SQE organization
- Lead, manage, and coordinate actions to improve key supply chain quality metrics
- Govern Moog's Supplier Corrective Action Review Board
- Travel domestically and internationally, as required
To be considered for the Global SQE Manager, you will need to bring with you:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years as a Supplier Quality Engineer or a Master's degree with a 8 years of experience. Experience should include formal problem solving and quality improvement tool and techniques such as 5-why, Ishikawa, RCCA, 8D or DMAIC .
- Minimum of 5 years of APQP/PPAP experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment including experience with AS9100 or other similar quality management system standards
- Quality Systems Auditor training or certification

The base pay range for this opportunity is $140 - $190,000 per year. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, competitive 401K plan with enhanced matching program, and many region-specific benefits
