Job Description
Our team is looking for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented team member to grow with us long-term in our mission to promote a more sustainable and compassionate lifestyle for all. Candidates must be an adaptable professional, and be able to effectively work independently while maintaining an open line of communication with others.
Position Objective
- Process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist with all Front Desk andInside Sales Support tasks in a schedule-driven environment.
- Use outstanding communication and Customer Service skills to promote sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
Front Desk
- Warmly receive and assist visitors at the Front Desk.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
- Manage mail and packages.
- Assist with package pickups/shipments.
- File, scan, and shred.
- Data entry; help maintain records and manage spreadsheets.
- Perform additional clerical duties as assigned.
Inside Sales Support
- Take and process customer orders.
- Assist with the success of the order fulfillment lifecycle.
- Confirm product availability, and thoughtfully offer replacements as needed.
- Email invoices and confirm received payments as necessary.
- Effectively communicate with other departments (buyers, account managers, warehouse, routing).
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Access, Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets)
- QuickBooks knowledge preferred (no previous experience necessary)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and display time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Business casual appearance/attire
- Punctual and regular attendance (Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm)
