Bay Badminton Center South San Francisco is seeking Part-Time Front Desk Customer Service Employees!
We are a fast and growing company specializing in the sport of badminton in the Bay Area. We currently have 2 locations in the Bay Area (Milpitas and South San Francisco). We are looking to grow our business with someone who is energetic, motivated candidate and someone who enjoys sports or even badminton.
We are currently looking for someone available to work Monday, Thursday, and Friday 9:30a-1:30pm, and the position we are looking for will need to do the following:
-Check-in and Register customers into the system
-Provide assistance to customers looking for equipment and membership
-Check-in and verify payments for students in training classes
-Monitor the queue system to ensure smooth transitions between players
-Answer any phone calls and provide Customer Service to our online pro-shop
Starting pay is $17.25/hr + commissions.
Requirements:
-High School degree or equivalent
-Social/friendly/likes to engage with people
-Self-motivated fast learner
-Basic keyboarding & computer usage
-Cashier/POS knowledge is highly recommended
-Knowledge in badminton is a plus but not required
-Bilingual is a plus but not required
This is a Customer Service heavy position. Applicants should be able to communicate well with customers.
