Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our studio team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our families, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive "SMDC experience". Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Check and return voicemails
- Answer emails
- Attention to detail with sales, documentation and communication with staff and families.
- Collect Payments
- Monitor and tidy lobby, hallways, including bathrooms
- Register new students, set up trials and schedule makeup lessons
- Attend staff meetings
- Liaison between students, parents, staff and management
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Results:
- Maintaining accuracy in member accounts & good communication with families
- Resolve family/student issues, questions and concerns
- Support our students and staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Familiarity with email, internet, Google Apps, including google docs and google sheets
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Customer service and/or small-business service experience preferred
- Knowledge of Canva design program is a plus

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
