Job Description
A manufacturing company known for its smart technologies is currently looking for Receptionist / Customer Support Agent who can provide a high-level of support for their customers and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements of the Receptionist / Customer Support Agent:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- 1 – 2 years of customer support experience
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills (verbal/written)
- Experience operating on Zendesk or similar CRM platforms is a big plus
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Ambitious and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Tech and computer savvy
- Desire to jumpstart a career with a reputable company
Responsibilities of the Receptionist / Customer Support Agent:
- Guest relations and Front Desk administration
- Provide high-level support and information to customers via phone, email, and online chat
- Maintaining overall customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
- General administrative office support to include date-entry and filing duties
- Provide order support for orders placed online and products purchased in partner retail stores
- Troubleshoot product issues
- Assist customers with any and all questions they may have

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm
