Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Handle guest/family requests and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
-Completing patient room rounds
-Welcome new patients in and guide ambulance staff to patients' room
-Call patients' families as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
