Some of the responsibilities of our chosen Front Desk Admin include:
- Answering and directing calls and taking appropriate and clear messages
- Welcome clients as they enter the establishment
- Prepare and maintain organization of conference room
- Log and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Order and re-stock office and kitchen supplies
- General clerical duties including, filing, photocopying, shredding and scanning
- Review and redact patient/client records as needed
Our chosen Front Desk Admin will possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Adobe is helpful but not required
- Detail orientation and organizational ability
- Experience working with Medical Records very helpful
The Front Desk Admin will be paid an hourly rate and will be eligible for the following company benefits:
- 15 Days 1st year, 18 days, 2nd year, increases again at year 5
- Health, Vision and Dental 50% paid for employee by the organization
