Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar - Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns - Maintain patient records and ensure accurate filing and organization of documents - Assist with insurance verification and billing processes - Manage inventory of office supplies and order as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the Front Desk area Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or medical office setting - Proficient in calendar management and office management tasks - Strong computer literacy skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
