Under the leadership of, and reporting to, the General Manager, you are responsible for building, leading, maintaining a high- performing team that meets studio sales, membership renewal, and ancillary service goals. You must have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order to build a strong ambassadorship and retain members. As DOPE DEALER you know that growing our sales is the only acceptable result of the DOPE DEALER team.

Our DOPE leadership team is vital to the success of the business. Whoever is chosen to be a part of the team must abide by these expectations in order to continue to grow with the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
