Primary Responsibilities and Key Deliverables:
A Finance Clerk organizes records such as forms, invoices and receipts, and files these in relevant files. A file clerk retrieves information on request and returns records to the correct locations.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Entering Payroll Journals in Quickbooks
- Entering all supplier bills (Ridley’s, Ferguson, ect)
- Tracks expenses, processes expense reports, and prepares analyses of accounts.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
- Proficient with using computers, and MS Office Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
