Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk

T Construction, LLC. is an underground utility construction company that is looking to hire an enthusiastic yet dedicated induvidual to fufill the role of Accounts Payable Clerk to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
• Maintain all vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Address and respond to vendor inquiries

Qualifications

• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Valid Driver License
• Bilingual (must be able to read and speak Spanish)
• Preferred ExperienceQuick Books

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
