Our Victora Auto Dealership is seeking to add to our well established accounting team.

Billing / Teardown Clerk

You will:

• Review and verify all documentation for a customer’s vehicle purchase is correct.
• Review and verify all paperwork/deal jackets are in accordance with dealership guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales and finance staff to collect any missing deal documentation

We need for you to have:

• Previous auto dealership accounting experience
• Experience with Teardown, Finalizing & Funding
• Wholesale / Dealer Trade experience preferred
• Automotive accounting or CDK experience preferred
• Strong Excel & Analytical Skills
• Must be able to pass background check including drug screening
