We are excited to add an Accounting Data Entry Clerk to our talented office team:
Responsibilities of the Accounting Data Entry Clerk:
- Enter data into computerized systems accurately and efficiently
- Verify and correct data as needed
- Maintain and update files and databases
- Perform basic math calculations as required
- Create and update spreadsheets using Excel
- Scan files and organize electronically
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous Accounting experience
- Basic math skills for accurate data entry

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
