Entry Level Accounting Clerk

CornerStone Staffing is looking for an Entry Level candidate for to be an Accounting Clerk in the Fossil Creek area of Fort Worth!

Title: Accounting Clerk

Pay: $20-$22/hr

Schedule: M-F 8-5

Location: Fossil Creek - Fort Worth

Job Duties:

• Perform various administrative functions within the accounting department, primarily focused on data entry and follow-up tasks.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) entries for approximately 500 contractors.

• Review contractor billings and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of attention to detail.

• Assist with additional tasks such as stuffing checks and other clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Experience with data entry and administrative tasks.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

• Sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines.
