Responsibilities: - Organize and maintain physical and digital files - Sort and categorize documents for easy retrieval - Perform data entry to update and maintain accurate records - Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed - Transcribe information from various sources accurately - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual - Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate area Experience: - Previous experience as a file clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred - Proficiency in computerized filing systems and data entry software - Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and phone systems - Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
