Qualifications/Requirements:
* Applicant must be available between hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Excellent verbal communication & ability to type 45 words/minute.
Need to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Attention to detail and great client-services skills.
Self-motivated & ability to work independently.
Reliable transportation, punctual and bilingual.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
Strong computer skills and prior law office experience. Ideal candidate will have an Associates of Arts from an accredited school.
Pay:
Pay is between $18 to $21 hourly (DOE). Paid Time Off, Dental & Vision available after 90 Day Probationary Period.
Daily Duties:
1) Call/Emails/Letters w/ Clients.
2) Create Client folders, scan & file incoming legal paperwork.
3) Process incoming mail and assist other legal staff on various office tasks.
4) Receiving incoming calls and assist with day-to-day office tasks.
5) Inventory discovery documents.
