File Clerk / Invoicing Associate

PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION

Provide prompt, friendly service for inquiries such as pricing, product info, filing, shipments, and orders while ensuring delivery of goods.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily invoicing of shipped orders
• Process customer credits
• Uses alphabetical and numerical systems to organize paper and electronic records documents
• Communicate with customers and sales reps as needed
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Assist with tradeshow prep (mailing catalogs, order forms, etc.)
• Filing, copying, retrieving data and files
• Scans paper documents and verifies that scanned documents are clear and legible.
• Other duties as assigned by management

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees
• Ability to drive results with minimal direction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Read and understand a wide range of materials

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Standing for long periods of time, twisting, bending and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work with hands.
• Exposure to dirt, dust & noise.
• May be exposed to extreme temperature conditions & restricted ventilation.
• Ability to work or overtime if required.

Salary: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
