Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist to assist the firm with administrative and clerical work. In this position you will be responsible for answering a high volume of customer calls, sorting through mail, organizing paperwork according to an efficient filing system and digitalizing all important documents. You will be expected to protect and update files as well as make them easily accessible to your colleagues. A receptionist must be organized, patient, and possess a serious understanding of confidentiality and data protection. The ideal candidate will be skilled in computers, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
