Residential Concierge / Valet Parking

```Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests and residents, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy assisting others, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Provide information and assistance regarding amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as needed
- Assist with reservations for dining, entertainment, and other activities
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity

- Parking residents and guests' cars

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Professional appearance and demeanor

-Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
