Executive assistant to CEO must be able to keep pace with entrepreneurial CEO to an expanding real estate company . This individual is self-driven and skilled in creating systems and finding solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail are essential. Bachelors Degree or 2+ years administrative experience required
Responsibilities include:
- Operate as the main point of contact to CEO
- Create, improve and implement strategies and systems to streamline communication, efficiencies and productivity within the company
- Manage CEO schedule and communication - must be able to communicate effectively on CEO’s behalf
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and other relevant materials
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries

- Adept in creating and improving current systems and processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to complete tasks and projects by deadlines and by own initiative
Compensation: $55,000- $65,000 annually DOE with Opportunity for advancement and bonuses
