We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive Assistant to support our Dispatch Office and the General Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about playing a key role in Alaskan logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the General Manager and our Dispatch department.
Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle communication and correspondence with efficiency and discretion.
Maintain records and filing systems for optimal organization.
Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting in operational areas.
Act as a liaison between the Dispatch Office, General Manager, and other departments.
Ideal Candidate:
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a knack for unraveling mysteries.
Excellent interpersonal abilities, ensuring smooth interactions with both team members and clients.
Highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
A quick learner who adapts easily to new challenges.
Possesses a friendly and approachable demeanor, making them a pleasure to work with over long periods of time.
Proficient in office software and technology.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
High school diploma; further education or certification is a plus.
