JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview
The purpose of the Executive Assistant position is to provide general support to the affiliate by executing various office tasks.
This position will assist with organizational and clerical duties under the direction of the Vice President of Operations while providing administrative support to the entire staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Assistance with Social Media Content
● Create flyers, mailers, and other marketing material
● Management and coordination of Junction House bookings and rentals
● Help facilitate and manage volunteers under the direction of Vice President of Development
● Collate and distribute mail
● Assistance with general office ordering and errands
● Create and maintain spreadsheets, electronic and physical files
● Scan and organize mortgage, finance, and family services documents
● Submit title searches and property permit requests
● Answer phones, greet visitors, distribute packages
● Assistance with ReStore Donor Development
● Assistance with other tasks as needed
Skills & Qualifications
Passion for faith-based ministry and servant leadership
Experience working with a non-profit organization (desired, not required)
Associate's Degree or higher
Desire to meet the needs of others
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
General knowledge of Microsoft and Google Software
Ability and willingness to make phone calls
Ability to sit in an office setting and complete computer work
Willingness to work weekend or evening hours (after 5 pm) as needed
Bilingual (desired, not required)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,800.00 - $42,000.00 per year
