Personal and Executive Assistant

Supportive Behavior Services is Indiana’s best and leading Medicaid Waiver provider of Behavior Management services with nearly 120 Master Level Behavior Consultants (BCs) across the state and is the only agency built by behavior consultants for behavior consultants.

Executive Assistant duties at Supportive Behavior Services:

· Track & maintain calendar scheduling and email management.

· Errands to the bank, post office, county building, etc.

· Various data entry and file reviews.

· Driving to and from meetings and appointments (in a company vehicle).

· Managing agency iPad.

· Occasional custodial assistance.

· Ordering and picking up supplies.

· Creating and monitoring Indeed listings.

· Additional duties as discovered organically while on the job.

These are independent contractor positions, not employee positions, and individuals will receive a 1099 for tax purposes.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Lafayette, IN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
