We are looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks to support our company’s CEO. Executive Assistant's responsibilities include but are not limited to managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements and prioritizing email and phone communications. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have efficient communication and time management skills, and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to our CEO.
Operational/Administrative Duties
Act as the point of contact for our CEO
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage CEO calendar and set up meetings
Must have strong writing and review skills
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
Take minutes during meetings
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

Ensuring owner requests are carried out
Requirements
Ability to travel on occasion
Valid driver's license
Working vehicle and insurance
Must pass a background check
US citizen or work permit
Resides in or around the Indianapolis Area
Skills
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, creative and willing to take work independently
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Willing to work in a scaling environment
Associates degree or higher preferred
