About the role
We are seeking an experienced, curious, and versatile Executive Assistant to support a multidisciplinary CEO & Executive team based in the Century City/ Beverly Hills area.
The CEO is an African American artist & technical visionary who has dedicated his career to creating innovative solutions that disrupt traditional computing paradigms and foster economic and political opportunities on a global scale.
You’ll be a strategic partner who will primarily handle calendars, emails, and scheduling for our CEO as well as support the link between Operations, Engineering & Professional Service leaders along with some additional administrative tasks. As the CEO has various intersecting ventures, it will be important to be able to coordinate between these various projects and other calendars all at once.

You will:
- Support the CEO with navigating their various duties
- Support other C-suite executives with operational tasks
- Manage leaders' day-to-day calendars and travel coordination
- Act as a primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the CEO
- Occasionally run personal errands of the CEO
- Champion organization and execution of the leaders' team initiatives and activities
Ideally you'd have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting busy leaders
- Strong raw scheduling and coordination skills
- Efficient and effective communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
- Fantastic organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks
- Ability to effectively problem solve and proactively anticipate needs
- Strong prioritization abilities and ability to operate independently and autonomously
The base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-95,000. Compensation packages include base salary and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training.
