We provide post-adoption wraparound services to California adoptive families in need.We believe that when the stress of everyday life is decreased, family bonding can increase. We help adoptive families by providing intensive in-home support service that can ease the day-to-day challenges of parenting. Our post-adoption wraparound services include parent coaching, counseling, and ancillary services.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Organize and schedule appointments for CEO
- Monitors and maintains documentation of client services, ensuring compliance with Agency policies and procedures, Department of Mental Health contract, and other related state/federal agencies’ standards and guidelines
- Plan and coordinate meeting and keep detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain filing system
- Order office supplies
- Maintain all contact lists
- Coordinate and book all travel arrangements
- Provide general support as directed by supervisor
- Handle requests and queries from senior management staff

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree **Required ** (Masters preferred)
- Experience in social services and knowledge of community resources (preferred)
- Experience in providing wraparound services (preferred)
Physical Demands:
- Employee is regularly required to use hands; reach with hands and arms; and see, hear, and communicate with sufficient acuity to successfully perform all aspects of the job.
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Must demonstrate manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, simple grasping and fine manipulation.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
