Essential Functions
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for executives
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Taking phone calls and redirecting them as necessary
- Drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and documents on behalf of executives
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Serving as a point of contact between executives and other internal and external stakeholders
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and other events
- Completing any other tasks given by executives to enable them to focus on their core business responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- High School or equivalent
- 2-4 years applicable job experience
- Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, including written communication
- High level organizational skills, time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines
