Seeking an Executive Assistant/Receptionist for our Sales Center in Plantation Bay. They will be expected to work Tuesday through Saturday from 9 am to 6pm. Must have impeccable presentation, excellent customer service and communication skills. Microsoft Office proficient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. They will be supporting VP of Sales for Plantation Bay and 10 Sales Associates. Some Real Estate Sales Support experience, beneficial, but not required.

Executive Assistant / Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers
- Monitor front desk
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
- Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
- Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Managing office inventory such as stationery and equipment
- Maintain Calendars and Meetings
- Maintain high standards of the reception area
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and courtesy
- Excellent time-management skills
- Works well with others and can multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Great attention to detail
