6. Project Management Support: Assist in managing projects, track progress, and coordinate with other departments.
7. Confidentiality and Discretion: Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
8. Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between the CFO, other executives, and employees.
9. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and prepare briefs on various topics to aid in decision-making.
10. Personal Assistance: Assist with personal tasks to manage the CFO's workload, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the finance department.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
