Executive Assistant

Minimum Requirements:
- Associates Degree
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a busy office
- Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite
- Proficient with Apple computers
- Advanced Skills calendaring
- Experience with CRM systems

Responsibilities:
Assisting the Financial Advisor in managing the firm wide offices to exceed expectations including:
- Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, positive, and warm manner
- Create a Ritz Carlton experience with all visitors & interactions
- Build and improve upon client relationships
- Managing Advisor’s calendar and email continuously throughout the day
- Ensure Chief Advisor is organized and prepared for all team and client meetings
- Assist with managing vendors and 3rd party relations for Advisor
- Book all travel arrangements
- Keep database up to date and accurate
- Maintain office filing system, both paper and electronic
- Schedule team meetings
- Prep advisor for speaking engagements & media appearances
- Maintain confidential information
- Maintain advisors’ personal calendar and projects
- Follow through on any outstanding projects
- Various industry specific tasks
- Personal errands for the advisor
Salary:
- $60,000 - $80,000/year BOE plus Bonus’

Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
