Executive Assistant - Bilingual (Korean)

Salary: $70,000 - 85,000/year

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate parties
- Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Must be Bilingual in English and Korean
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
