Title:Executive Assistant and Paralegal

Location: Edmond, OK 

Description

The purpose of the Executive Assistant/Paralegal (EA) position is to primarily assist the Executive team by offloading administrative tasks from their workload. This position will report directly to the CEO, but may assist other executives to help balance their daily responsibilities. Duties may include assisting the CEO with customers, vendors, or with company initiatives. The EA is also required to act as a conduit of communication between employees and the CEO to ensure there is unbroken contact between the parties.

Responsibilities

• Attend and take notes at meetings
• Manage the CEO's schedule and notify of upcoming meetings
• Communicate leadership objectives to the management team
• Respond to and follow up with clients on behalf of the CEO
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets/Powerpoint presentations
• Review various formal documents for completeness and accuracy including proposals, policies, and other deliverables,
• Draft and coordinate executive programs and initiatives

Education and Experience

• Associates degree preferred
• Paralegal certificate preferred- 3-5 years with certificate, 7-10 years without certificate
